1) Who we are
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the The Trustee for
Tahmoor Investment Trust and related products, services, websites, content, communities and communications
(collectively, the “Services”), provided by The Trustee for Tahmoor Investment Trust,
located at NSW 2171 (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy

If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2) Eligibility & Accounts

3) Purchases, Pricing & Taxes
● All prices are displayed at checkout and may change at our discretion.

● If a payment fails, we may retry the transaction, suspend access, or terminate your
account.
4) Refunds & Cancellations
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the program, we do not offer refunds once
access has been granted.
For subscription or payment plans, you may cancel future billing at any time before the next
billing cycle. Cancellation does not retroactively refund previously processed payments.
5) Course Access & Licence
Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable
licence to access the course materials for lifetime access (as long as the program remains
available) for your personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not share, resell, distribute, or reproduce course materials without written
permission. We may update, modify, or remove course content at any time to improve the
program.
6) Live Sessions, Community & Conduct
If the program includes live sessions, group coaching, or online communities, you agree to:
● Maintain a respectful, professional tone.
● Avoid harassment, spam, or sharing confidential information.
● Refrain from any unlawful or inappropriate conduct.
We reserve the right to remove participants who violate community guidelines or these
Terms.
7) Intellectual Property
All course content, recordings, templates, videos, workbooks, and related materials are
owned by or licensed to The Trustee for Tahmoor Investment Trust and are protected by
copyright and intellectual property laws.
If you submit testimonials, comments, questions, or other materials, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display such content for educational or marketing purposes, unless you opt out by emailing [email protected]
8) Results & Professional Disclaimer
The Copywriting Masterclass is educational in nature.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, income levels, or business results. Your results
depend on your own effort, application, and circumstances.
Nothing provided constitutes financial, legal, or professional advice.
9) Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
● Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
● Attempt to bypass access controls or copy course content.
● Upload harmful or malicious code.
● Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations.
10) Third-Party Tools & Platforms

These platforms have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their

11) Mobile (SMS/MMS) Terms
By opting into our SMS/MMS program, you agree to receive text messages related to course
updates, reminders, and offers.
Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to our shortcode. We
will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS, and you will no longer receive messages. To
rejoin, simply sign up again.

Message frequency: You will receive 1–4 messages per week.
Carrier disclosure: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
